Adrian Zehr death cause was linked to a deadly accident that happened on Friday night. The boy was identified as the victim of an accident involving a car and a pedestrian in Tazewell County town.
Reportedly, the crash happened around 9 pm, and immediately, Zehr was rushed to OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria unresponsive, not breathing and with no pulse.
Despite aggressive efforts and care, Zehr was pronounced dead at the hospital at 10:06 pm. According to a press release, Adrian suffered multiple blunt-force trauma injuries that were incompatible with life.
