She had the defendant’s debit card in the pocket of a high-visibility jacket covering her. Two dumbbells and a set of bloodied scissors were discovered nearby.
Taylor, of Hornsey, north London, was seen on CCTV entering the property through the communal entrance at 20:36 GMT and leaving at 21:14 GMT.

The following morning, early, Taylor was taken into custody at his residence. He had cocaine, cannabis, and alcohol in his system.
He remarked to Police as he was being taken into custody, “It’s crazy how one moment of madness can change your whole life.”
According to the court, Taylor had prior convictions for assaulting female family members.
He received a 12-month prison sentence for hitting his mother with a metal pole and a warning for headbutting his 16-year-old sibling.
On May 10, a judicial hearing will determine the sentencing date. Taylor, of Hornsey, north London, was seen on CCTV entering the property through the communal entrance at 20:36 GMT and leaving at 21:14 GMT.

He was accused on December 18 and officially appeared on December 21. According to the court record, Taylor, 37, was convicted in the past for assaulting female members of his family.

He was detained by Judge Alexia Durran, who also postponed sentencing so that reports could be made.
