Alexis Joy Sather is an American citizen based in Marathon whose name has been making rounds on the internet for quite a while now.
She has been making headlines due to the wrong incident, as she has already been arrested and is serving her time behind bars.
For your information, Joy was arrested and jailed on charges of selling heroin, possessing a regulated substance without a prescription, and distributing fentanyl.
Due to a drug overdose, a 53-year-old woman Amanda Roberts died on September 2022. Due to that, Alexis is again in the limelight as Amanda’s ***** is related to her.
Alexis Joy Sather Arrested – What Are Her Charges?
Alexis Joy was first arrested on a parole violation on September 21, 2022, after they said they discovered 2.9 grams of fentanyl on her when she was walking down U.S. 1 on Grassy Key.
She was on a second-degree ****** charge. In the same way, Joy was already in county jail on an October fentanyl possession charge when investigators arrested Joy for Roberts’ *****.
On the day Roberts died at around 6:30 pm, Sather got a short 47-second phone call from a friend. Over the next 24 hours, Sather made numerous attempts to contact Roberts by calling and texting his phone.
Reportedly, she made frantically conducting internet searches to try to get answers about what was going on. Finally, on September 21, she was detained.

Alexis Joy Sather Accused of Murdering Amanda Roberts
On September 2, 2022, Amanda Roberts was found dead in her residence, and at the time of her *****, she was 53 years old. The medical examiner’s office said Amanda’s cause of ***** was due to a fentanyl and diazepam overdose.
Roberts’ boyfriend, Joshua Cochran, told deputies she struggled with heroin addiction for several years. Cochran told them he last saw his partner conscious and breathing when he left House for work around 3 pm.
Around 4:30 pm, Amanda’s boss called Cochran to say she never showed up at her job. After that, Joshua went home to find Roberts unresponsive. He gave her a dose of Narcan, designed to switch the effects of opioid overdoses, called 911 and started CPR.
So, Amanda was pronounced dead around 6:30 pm. Following her *****, Alexis Joy was arrested. As mentioned earlier, Joy was the one who was already in county jail on an October fentanyl possession charge when detectives arrested her for Amanda’s *****.
Hal Schuhmacher, Alexis’ attorney, didn’t comment on the case.

Where Is Alexis Joy Sather Now? ****** Case Update
As said earlier, Alexis Joy was arrested with ****** after deputies said she sold fentanyl, which led to a fatal overdose. So, she was behind bars on other drug-related charges.
