Following an investigation into claims that she had intercourse with a minor, a woman from New Fairfield has been charged with second-degree sexual assault and other offenses, according to Connecticut State Police.
Andie Rosafort, 31, who state Police identified as “a team member of the school system,” is also accused of luring a juvenile online and endangering their safety, according to State Police.
The New Fairfield Police Department was called by administrators at New Fairfield High School in January after they learned of “potential inappropriate interaction between a team member of the school system and a juvenile student,” according to State Police.
Detectives from the Major Crime Unit eventually took over the school resource officer’s probe, according to State Police.

Andie Rosafort Arrested And Charged
A 14-year-old student at her school was allegedly sexually assaulted by a Connecticut school lunch lady after she groomed him over text.
Andie Paige Rosafort, a former lunch assistant in New Fairfield, is accused of sending a teenage boy nude pictures and videos via Snapchat over the course of six months and engaging in sexual activity with him.
The victim left a party in January to meet with an adult female, who was initially provisionally identified as Andie Rosafort, according to state Police, who added that via several interviews, they discovered this information.
The victim informed authorities that they had been “conversing with an adult female, whom the victim eventually identified as Rosafort, through private communications on social media for several months.”
Additionally, the victim allegedly informed Police that Rosafort had sent them unsolicited sexually explicit pictures and videos through a social media account.
He had also reportedly sent them messages asking for pictures of them. State Police said the victim claimed Rosafort picked them up from the January Party, drove a short distance, and engaged in sexual contact with them inside the SUV.
Lunch Lady Accused Of Sending Nude Photographs And Videos
Detectives “inspected the victim’s cell phone and discovered several screen recordings of films on an explicit social media platform displaying an individual recognized by investigators as Rosafort.
State Police added that they found photographs and videos that matched the victim’s descriptions after getting “Rosafort’s cell phone data as well as records from a social media account affiliated with Rosafort.”
Rosafort’s arrest warrant application by the Western District Major Crime Squad was approved on Friday, according to State Police.
State Police reported that Rosafort turned herself in at Troop A in Southbury on Monday. She is currently out on a $100,000 bond and will be arraigned in Danbury Superior Court on March 1st.
