Following consecutive home series losses to England and New Zealand, Azam is now taking a lot of heat for his leadership.
Azam is regarded as one of the best batters in modern cricket and the only player in the world to rank in the top five in every format.
He is listed as the top batter in ODIs, second in Tests, and fourth in T20 Internationals.
He is a top-order right-handed hitter who represents and captains Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL and Central Punjab in Pakistani domestic cricket.
He is among the top T20I captains of all time with 40 victories. He was selected for the Pakistani World Cup of Cricket team in April 2019.
He was one of the five intriguing talents making their Cricket World Cup debuts, according to the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Somerset also signed him in May 2019 as their international player for the 2019 T20 Blast.
To prepare for the World Cup, Pakistan competed against England in a single T20I and a five-match ODI series.

Babar Azam Leaked Video: Caught Cheating On His Teammate, Scandal Explained
On social media, an undated video of Babar has surfaced in which he is seen supposedly making out with the girlfriend of another Pakistani cricket player.
When Dr. Nimo Yadav tweeted a video early on Monday, information about the alleged scandal quickly spread online.
Fans have jumped to his defense, calling it a smear Campaign against the Pakistani batsman. Yadav appeared to have shared the videos on social media after they originally appeared in Pakistan.
The same films were uploaded to Instagram by a user going by the handle @eish.arajpoot.1, who appears to be from Pakistan and is seen following Babar Azam.
“Babar Azam’s sexting with the girlfriend of another Pakistani player and telling her that her boyfriend wouldn’t be kicked out of the team if she keeps doing it is merely Tweeted by Dr. Nimo Yadav.

Babar Azam Leaked Video: Shoaib Jatt On Babar Controversy
Pakistani cricket fans have accused Shoaib Jatt, a Journalist who is well known for being a vocal opponent of Babar Azam, of being responsible for the films’ disclosure.
Some drew attention to the fact that Shoaib Jatt was a follower of the individual who initially released the recordings on social media, to which the Journalist tweeted: “I have absolutely nothing to do with this incident.
I have a lot of respect for Babar Azam and believe he is on the path to greatness. When he makes wise decisions in his role as captain, I criticize him; otherwise, I praise him.
I’m begging you not to associate me with his scandal and state once more that I have nothing to do with it, “Jatt was overheard uttering.
The Pakistani captain has already been involved in a scandal of this kind. Hamza Mukhtar, a lady, had accused Babar of sexual assault, harassment, blackmail, and other things.
After an investigation, Mukhtar backed down and acknowledged she had made untrue claims.
