Revital Smotrich is the wife of Israeli lawyer and right-wing politician Bezalel Smotrich.
He previously represented Yamina in the Knesset and currently serves as the Leader of the Religious Zionist Party. He worked in the General Staff’s Operations Division as a member of the Israel Defense Forces.
In November 2022, he supported the theory that the Shin Bet radicalized and incited the assassin to kill former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.

Smotrich was born in Haspin, Golan Heights, on February 27, 1980. Smotrich attended Mercaz HaRav Kook, Yashlatz, and Yeshivat Kedumim to further his religious education. His Father was an Orthodox priest.
