Police testimony has revealed that Brandon Jordan Miller was present at the scene of a fatal shooting on January 15 and transported the gun used in the incident.

The Police stated that Joshua Mill asked Miller to bring Mill’s gun to the scene, and Mill retrieved the weapon from Miller’s car when he arrived.

Miller’s attorney has also stated that his client did not touch the gun and was not involved in its exchange.

While Miller was present at the shooting scene and transported the gun, the evidence does not support the conclusion that he played a direct role in the crime.

Following the shooting, Miller said, “I never lose sight of the fact that a family lost one of their loved ones that night,”

He added, “This whole situation is just really heartbreaking. Respectfully, that’s all I’m going to be able to say on that.”

Alabama Player Death Threats And Gun Story

Brandon Jordan, the freshman basketball star at the University of Alabama, has reported receiving direct death threats following his team’s victory over Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Coach Nate Oats had previously disclosed that Miller had been receiving such threats in response to the player being seen with a security guard during a practice session ahead of the NCAA Tournament.

It is unclear who sent him the threat or about from where the calls were sent. But such incidents are taken very seriously and can significantly impact the safety and well-being of the individuals involved.

When asked how he felt about the threats, the player responded, “It doesn’t matter; I sent it to the right people.”

“All teams travel with security guards, whether you see them or not,” Miller said. “Y’all just happened to see him at a certain time. That’s the thing about that.”

The investigation is ongoing following the murder threats, and he has been sent protection. So, more information regarding the case might be revealed soon.
