According to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, Casey Lavonne Young, 44, was last seen leaving at approximately 4:30 p.m. on May 15 and was most likely traveling to her Boiling Springs residence.
On May 20, authorities said that Young’s automobile had been located, but no other details were provided.
After locating her vehicle on Saturday, the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office still looks for a vanished lady.

Casey Lavonne Young, 44, was last seen leaving for work on Monday, May 15, at around 4:30 pm, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
According to deputies, she was traveling in a 2009 white Infinity G-37 with the SC TAG number LCK 688 and was likely on her way home to Boiling Springs.
Young has long black braids and is 150 pounds and five feet tall. As their investigation is ongoing, deputies chose not to disclose the location of the car’s discovery.
On May 23, Young’s family held a vigil in her honor.
Da’Ron Collins Arrested And Charged
After being detained on suspicion of crimes related to the investigation into the disappearance of his fiancée, a man showed up before a judge in bail court on Friday morning.
The last time anyone heard from Casey Young, 44, was on his way home from work on May 15 at about 4:30 pm.
The next day, she was reported missing when she strangely failed to show up for work at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
When she vanished, she was residing with her boyfriend, Da’ron Collins. According to the attorney, Young’s phone died soon after she got home, based on cell phone data. Since then, it has stayed on.
According to the attorney, Collins allegedly told investigators a falsehood about what transpired the final night Young was seen. Later, detectives discovered Young’s white Infinity G-37.
Collins can be seen exiting Casey’s automobile wearing gloves, cleaning the vehicle, and making his way to the trash to throw things away in surveillance footage they were able to get.
Collins was detained and accused of obstructing justice and grand theft.
Details On This Case
The attorney requested that Collins be given a large surety bail, have access to certain firearms, and be subject to GPS tracking.
Authorities said he was also a suspect in episodes of domestic abuse while serving in the military. Young’s family requested that his bond be rejected during the hearing since she is still missing.
The court acknowledged that he must set a bond for the counts Collins faces, but he concurred that Collins poses a flight risk.
His bond was set at $9,000, and after his release, he will be under GPS-monitored home arrest. He cannot own a gun or speak to any Young family member.
Collins’ daughter, who the lawyer claimed is regarded as a potential witness in the case, resides with him.
They requested that he not be permitted to communicate with her, but the judge did not impose any limitations on his ability to communicate with his daughter.
Collins declared at the hearing that he intends to retain his counsel.
