Cate has disclosed that she suffered a head injury after a shock chainsaw accident in her House in 2020. 

The 51-year-old two-time Oscar winner received a “small nick to the head” while operating the motorized saw but suffered no significant wounds.

In a podcast interview with former Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard last week, she casually discussed her close call with *****.

Additionally, she briefly acknowledged the incident, informing Gillard that it wasn’t enjoyable, according to DailyMail.

An Actress said she was okay. “I had a minor chainsaw accident, which sounds incredibly thrilling but wasn’t. I’m alright, save from the minor head injury.”

The two-time Oscar winner recently stated in an extraordinarily open T.V. interview that she never wants to work again and is profoundly homesick.

Blanchett is expected to win another Oscar for her most recent performance, but the Actress has hinted that it might be her last time appearing in a major motion picture.

Following her award-winning performance in the upcoming psychological Drama Tár, the Australian Actress based in LL.A.told The Sunday Project that she doesn’t “want to work again” and is “profoundly homesick.”

She was still working through the emotional toll that the demanding movie, in which she portrays the fictitious Lydia Tár, a world-renowned pianist, had placed on her.

Additionally, she said that, since moving to Los Angeles in 2015 with her husband, Andrew Upton and their four children, Blanchett, who has been in show business for three decades, has acknowledged she has felt profoundly homesick for the last four years.
