Christopher Wright was a 43-year-old Father who was killed while defending his son from bullies who showed up at his House for a previous fight in school.
Five people (three teenagers and two adults) came to his Brooklyn Park home over a dispute his son had with one of the kids involving a $30.
CCTV footage where Wright was beaten harshly has also been shared that leaving everyone shocked. In the video, Wright was seen throwing the first punch, but it is unknown whether it landed.
After that, the teens march toward him, and Wright is lifted in the air and slammed violently to the street. Two of Chris also helplessly witnessed their dad being heated severely.

Trenton Wright is one of the sons of Christopher Wright, a 43-year-old Father from Maryland who was beaten to ***** while protecting his son.
Trenton is the 14-year-old boy who was reportedly involved in a fight over $30. Later, they came to fight him in his House, but his dad Chris came outside, saying his son would not fight.
As mentioned earlier, three teenagers and two adults appeared in Chris’ home, and one of the adults said that if Trenton wouldn’t fight, Chris had to fight them.
While Chris was beaten harshly, his son, Trenton, watched helplessly. Daily Mail reported that the attackers told his 12-year-old son, “I’m sorry, call 911.”
Later, Christopher was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead with traumatic brain injury. Trenton has also paid tribute to his late dad, who passed away protecting him. Sharing a series of photos on Facebook, Trenton wrote,
“This isn’t something I’d ever have to do in my life. Rest in peace, the best Father I could have ever gotten. I’m really sad I don’t have many pictures of him. He died protecting his kids, and that’s all he ever told us he was there for. Rest in peace, Eggman, 1979-2023. I hope you’re watching over me, pops.”

Christopher Wright was not married, but he was engaged to his wife-to-be Tracy Karopchinsky. According to his Facebook bio, the pair got engaged in November 2015.
Chris’ fiance has come forward in the media and talked about the incident. Some people online have said that Chris was the first who started the fight as he threw the first punch.
However, there is no truth as the attackers had a fight over $30, and in revenge, they came to fight Trenton at his House. CCTV footage has also been released.
Tracy also detailed the whole scene to the New York Post, “It was never a secret Chris threw the first punch. Homicide detectives knew Chris threw the first punch.”
