According to unconfirmed rumors, Clinton Kane’s parents are still alive. The singer has always talked about how he lost his family members. But some people claim that he lied about it and his mother is still alive.
In July 2022, the musician detailed how he lost his mom, dad and father in 2021. Kane disclosed it shortly before he released his debut album, MAY BE SOMEDAY IT’LL ALL BE OK. He said he wanted to disappear and shut down.
“I needed time and put work aside to discover who I was again,” added the singer. Clinton said his album is years of blood, sweat, tears, trauma, heartbreak, and loss. “it is our breakup anthem, our coping mechanism and crutch to lean on. It’s consoling for me and therapy for you,” wrote Kane.
The Australian singer reportedly lost his parents and sibling within a year (2021). But, in the midst of his grief, he found consolation in the songs that created his debut album.
Kane has also talked about it in podcasts and interviews. On Zach San’s podcast episode with Tana Mongeau, they mentioned it. But he tried to backtrack and say his adoptive mother died.
