According to Dave Meltzer, Rhodes made good strides in his injury recovery as he concentrated on increasing his strength and stamina.

According to reports, the former AEW star worked with several well-known trainers to bulk up before returning with WWE.

Cody Rhodes was observed to be physically moving around at 240 pounds, or approximately 20 pounds, over his stated weight.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rhodes has frequently weighed about 220 pounds throughout his career, but his current weight is the biggest of them.

So, Cody might have lost some weight to return to his original shape. But the change in weight of Cody hasn’t been reported yet.
