On October 27, 2017, the PDEA detained Domingo and two others for illegal drug possession.
PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino told INQUIRER.net that officials from the PDEA-Region IV-A Intelligence Section and the Laguna Provincial Office seized Domingo and two others, Almira Bautista and Francisco Lim, in BF Homes, Paranaque City.
Domingo was detained carrying a black hard plastic case containing a sachet of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) and other drug paraphernalia.
Bautista and Lim were apprehended in possession of two sachets of suspected illegal drugs.
Domingo’s white Lexus CT and Lim’s Toyota Fortuner were among the vehicles seized from the group.
The PDEA granted Domingo bail three days later; he remained imprisoned until November 2017.
