The suspects, all 18-year-old high school seniors, were detained at their parents’ houses in Arvada the previous night.
They are currently being charged with first-degree ****** with the utmost disregard, according to a statement released by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday. Authorities said they anticipate filing additional charges.
After allegedly hurling sizable landscaping pebbles into at least seven cars on Colorado roadways, Joseph Koenig, Nicholas “Mitch” Karol-Chik, and Zachary Kwak were detained on suspicion of first-degree ****** with severe indifference.
