Dan Osborne was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of GBH and ABH. The trouble with the law came following a massive brawl that broke out during a Party.
The English television personality is best known as a former cast member of The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE).
He was also a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018, where he reached the final and finished third.

Dan Osborne Arrested On Suspicion Of GBH- What Did He Do?
Dan Osborne was arrested after allegedly being involved in a bust-up following the 30th “magical” birthday celebration of his wife, Jacqueline Jossa, on November 6.
The former TOWIE star was detained earlier this month after the incident, where one partygoer was said to have suffered a broken jaw and several other guests injured after a “mass brawl.”
The said guest was initially unable to give a Police statement and remained in the hospital for four days.
It was reported that one guest required facial surgery, and one of the injured was Jacqueline’s 21-year-old cousin from Eltham, Southeast London.
Neighbors woken by the chaos called the Police, who broke up the birthday bash at the Essex mansion.
Following Police’s arrival at the couple’s home, Dan was taken away in handcuffs and was held overnight on suspicion of GBH (grievous bodily harm) with intent and assault occasioning ABH (actual bodily harm).
Jacqueline was left in tears as the Big Brother star was led away from the event after the violence erupted in the couple’s garden at 3:30 am.
GBH with intent can be subject to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, and ABH can receive up to five years sentence. Police are trying to obtain CCTV footage of the fight.
Dan was released on bail until January 26 after staying under custody for a night. A spokesperson for the TV star said he “felt provoked during the incident and is confident he will clear his name.”

Despite all the Drama that went down, the couple appeared loved-up after the Party, sharing sweet pictures of the event on their respective social media pages.
They also had a sun-soaked getaway to The Maldives and were pictured all smiles as they arrived back at Heathrow Airport on Friday.
