Dateline has presented the case of Sarah Goode in season 25, episode 23, the murder of a 21-year-old mother who killed himself in jail after being arrested.
Dateline presented her mother in the show, and she revealed that she did not come home after partying with her friends; they thought she was staying with her.
But, two days after she did not come, they were worried and filed a complaint, and the very next day, she was found in her car.
The investigation continued since her car was found, fingerprints and blood stan were collected from the crime scene, and the killer was found quickly.

Goode was the mother of four year old; her daughter Jocelyn was with her parents when she went out.
Sarah had her daughter with a schoolboy when she was a teenager, her Father went to the army, and she stayed with her mother, and she was sometimes sent to her grandparents.
Sarah died on June 2014, and her daughter is now 13. Sarah’s parents were with her till she grew up. It was heartbreaking to find out that Sarah was the mother of a 4-year-old child.
Although she was pregnant, she did not drop out. She continued to go to college after giving birth to Jocelyn.
Along with Srah’s family, Jocelyn has been taken care of by her sister and her husband, Nick; you can find many pictures of young Goode with her uncle Nick on his Instagram account.
This shows that she shares a great relationship with her aunt and uncle, who helped raise her since she was four.
Sarah’s Facebook page has also been active since her death; her family said they want to keep Sarah through her Facebook account.
They often posted pictures of their daughter celebrating her birthday without her mother; they have made Sarah alive through a Facebook post.
Murder of Jocelyn Goode’s Mother Sarah Goode
After the investigation was held, 19-year-old Dante Taylor was the last person to call Sarah, and following GPS, phone records, and a blood-stained handprint found in Sarah’s car confirmed that Taylor was the one.
After being arrested for a short time, he was released because Police took his fingerprints, DNA, and phone record without permission. Police also searched his car without a warrant, so he was free temporary period.
The motive for killing Sarah was unclear, but one of Taylor’s friends mentioned that he wanted to date Sarah, but she refused to be with him.
After three years of Sarah’s death, he was again arrested for the attempted rape of a woman he confronted with a knife.
While in custody, he was charged with the second-degree murder of Sarah Goode as well, and he was sentenced to lifetime prison.
But in October 2017, Taylor was found dead in his cell, and his family filed a case against Police officer, as he was brutally attacked by corrections officers when he was in prison, which led him to commit suicide.
