On December 11, 1994, Sinoxolo was born in Keiskammahoek, Eastern Cape. At the University of Cape Town, he earned an education degree with honors.

Sinoxolo was raised in the unincorporated community of Khayelitsha.

He received the fourth-highest grade in the subject of History during his matriculation year.

While getting a bachelor’s degree in teaching from the University of the Free State in 2017, Sinoxolo displayed exceptional leadership abilities.

In 2015, he was chosen to head his 180-student House as the Prime, and in 2016, he was elected to lead the College Prime.

Sinoxolo established a library in his hostel, and Jonathan Ball now frequently donates books to it. He earned a Young African Leaders Initiative Civic Leadership degree from the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership.

He was a remarkable educator who taught with vigor and enthusiasm. Everyone respected his work ethic and command of the English language.
