Born Devin A Willock, Devin Willock was the offensive lineman of Georgia Bulldogs. The Milford, N.J. native was a redshirt sophomore.
The football team represents the University of Georgia in the FBS of the NCAA and Eastern Division of the SEC.
The student-athlete had been involved in sports since he was little. After demonstrating his athletic prowess, the New Jersey native received the Bill and Jane Young Football Scholarship Endowment.
On 14 January 2023, Georgia announced that Devin was entering the NFL draft. Sadly, the football player could not play in the league.

Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Devin Willock died in a car accident; the college confirmed the news in a statement.
Besides the player, a staff member Chandler LeCroy, and two other unidentified team members were also involved in the crash but are reportedly in stable condition.
Less than a week has passed since Georgia won the national championship. The team also had a historic win over TCU with a parade on 14 January in Athens, Ga.
According to ESPN, the car crash occurred on 15 January 2023, Sunday morning. The Police report further disclosed that the 20-year-old offensive lineman died on the spot.
According to the investigation’s initial findings, a 2021 Ford Expedition left the road on the outer lane of Barnett Shoals Road. It collided with multiple trees and two power lines.
On the other hand, LeCroy passed away later at a local hospital.
Devin Willock *****: Georgia Family Is Devastated
In a statement, the University of Georgia wrote that the whole Georgia family was devastated by the sudden loss of a football student-athlete and staff member.
The University statement also said that two additional members of the football program were injured in the accident. Luckily, they are in stable condition. The institution was planning to monitor the injured people’s status with medical personnel.
Furthermore, the Georgia family also said that Devin and Chandler were special people who meant a lot to the University of Georgia, its athletic department, and its football program.
Georgia Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart also paid tribute to the tragic demise of the student-athlete and football staff member.
While expressing his sorrow and condolences, the coach admired Devin as an outstanding young man. According to Smart, Willock always smiled, was a great teammate, and was a joy to him.
Likewise, the coach also said that Chandler was a valuable member who brought a great attitude and positive energy daily.
Devin Willock Was Redshirt Sophomore
Devin Willock was born in New Milford, New Jersey, in 2002.
The offensive lineman completed his high school education at Paramus Catholic. He also played football under the coach Jerry Phillips.
He joined the University in 2020 and appeared in 15 games for Georgia Bulldogs. Willock made two starts and was a redshirt sophomore.
In 2021, Devin saw his first collegiate action as a reserve OT in Georgia’s win over UAB. He played against several famous teams, such as South Carolina, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama, etc.
On the other hand, LeCroy’s LinkedIn profile states that she has been a recruiting analyst at Georgia since May 2021.
