In 2001, the toddler and her 10-year-old sister Tionda vanished from their mother’s residence.
Tracey arrived home to find the House silent and what appeared to be a note from young Tionda, in which she said that the two were going to the store and playground.
After their mother reported the two kids missing, Chicago Police conducted “an extensive search of the area and surrounding neighborhood met with negative results,” according to the F.B.I.

In the viral video, a woman looks through pictures of Diamond and Tionda before being requested to reveal a facial scar as the two stand next to a Police car in Texas’ Harris County.

Unlike the others, this woman provided a D.N.A. sample to the F.B.I. and underwent the agency’s fingerprinting process.
