More About Jean Todt

Jean Todt was born in Pierrefort, France, on February 25, 1946. After completing high school, he studied at the Paris-based Ecoles des Cadres School of Economics and Business.

He started his career as a rally co-driver after being fascinated by motorsports.

He debuted as the co-driver to Guy Chasseuil and later worked with big names such as Jean-Pierre Nicolas, Hannu Mikkola, Rauno Aaltonen, Ove Andersson, and Guy Fréquelin.

Todt retired from competitive co-driving in 1981 and was soon appointed the Director of Racing for Peugeot.

His capabilities as an organizer and strategist led him to be the mastermind behind the Peugeot 205 Turbo 16, Peugeot 405 Turbo 16, and Peugeot 905.

He left Peugeot in 1993 and became the General Manager of Scuderia Ferrari from 1994 to 2007. 

After five Formula One victories with Michael Schumacher, he was appointed the CEO of Ferrari in 2004.

Michelle Yeoh Early Life And Career

Michelle Yeoh was born in Ipoh, Perak, on August 6, 1962. 

Her mother is Janet Yeoh, and her father, Yeoh Kian-Tiek (who passed away in November 2014), was a lawyer and an MCA politician.

She belonged to an ethnic Chinese-Malaysian family of Cantonese and Hokkien descent and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Yeoh was an enthusiastic dancer from an early age, learning ballet at four. She studied at an all-girls school named Main Convent Ipoh.

She moved with her parents to the United Kingdom at 15 and was enrolled in an all-girls boarding school. She majored in ballet at the UK’s Royal Academy of Dance in London.

However, due to a spinal injury, she had to give up her dreams of being a dancer. So instead, she transferred her attention to choreography and other forms of art.

In 1982, Michelle received a BA in creative arts with a minor in drama.

She rose to prominence in the 1990s with Hong Kong movies such as Yes, Madam, Police Story 3: Supercop, and Holy Weapon.

After being cast in the James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies in 1997, Yeoh raised to superstardom, later playing a significant role in the Ang Lee movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. 

Her recent performance in the 2022 absurdist comedy-drama Everything Everywhere All at Once led her to a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress.
