Norrie was born in 1995 to British microbiologist parents in Johannesburg, South Africa: his mother Helen is from Cardiff, while his father David is from Glasgow. Norrie is his parents’ lone child, and he has a sister named Bronwen who works as a legal consultant.

Norrie and his family relocated to Auckland, New Zealand, in 1998 when he was three years old. They had been the victims of a burglary in South Africa. Still residing in New Zealand are his parents.

He relocated to his parent’s country of the United Kingdom in 2011, when he was 16 years old, and spent three years there before attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth from 2014 to 2017.

Norrie and Lousie Jacobi are presently dating. Jacobi claims that the two initially connected in a New York pub in 2019. They haven’t been married yet, and they don’t have any kids together either.
