People want to know about Francisco Oropesa Health. The victims’ home was next door to the residence of the 38-year-old and his wife.

According to an ICE source speaking to CNN on Monday, the suspect, identified by ICE as Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres, was initially deported by an immigration judge in March 2009.

According to authorities, Mr. Oropesa frequently fired his weapon in his yard, which occasionally prompted neighbors to contact law enforcement, as The New York Times reported.

Along with other weapons discovered inside his House, Mr. Oropesa owned an AR-15-style rifle.

Although law enforcement has not confirmed it, Mr. Oropesa allegedly entered the country illegally from Mexico, according to the office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

In a press conference, San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers stated that Mr. Oropesa was recognized by law enforcement thanks to his Mexican consulate identification card and doorbell video.

He is described as around 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, and having a noticeable tattoo of a woman on his forearm.

According to a local news source, Click 2 Houston, Mr. Oropesa was previously detained for a DWI in 2009.

Authorities corrected the initial spelling of Mr. Oropesa’s name from Oropeza to reflect the accurate documentation.

More Details On This Case

At the time of the incident, there were ten individuals living there.

Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25, and her eight-year-old son Daniel Enrique Laso, Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21, Julisa Molina Rivera, 31, and Josué Jonatán Cáceres, 18, have been named as the deceased.

Jeffrey Rivera, Velazquez’s husband, said his wife died defending their children to the Honduran network HCH.

According to him, she allegedly hid in a closet with several of the family’s kids. The two other dead ladies were discovered covered in blood, lying on top of two young children.

The two children, who are both thought to have survived, were being protected, according to Police statements on Saturday. Mr. Rivera described the horrific minutes before the killing.

He related how someone in his home urged Mr. Oropesa to cease firing shots in his yard since several children were attempting to sleep inside.

Mr. Rivera claimed that to defend other family members inside the House; he tossed a machete at his heavily inebriated neighbor as he approached with an AR-15 weapon.
