Omar Tate is a black chef from Philadelphia. He’s been enthusiastic about the food industry since he was a child.

Tate started working in the food industry at a very young age.

He felt that the food represented under the black community was bland and did not show what their food actually tasted like.

Then, he started creating intricately conceptual dinners known as Honeysuckle pop-ups. He describes having food as having an experience and not just tasting it.

Tate tells a story with every dish he presents with pieces of his experiences.

He is known for redefining what ‘restaurant’ means and actively helping black chefs to establish themselves in the food industry.

Tate likes to take inspiration from jazz, hip-hop, and literature to create these exquisite dishes.

14. Megan Thee Stallion

Megan Javon Ruth Pete is an American rapper and songwriter. She is known for her hits on the billboard charts but is loved for raising her voice against injustice.

Telfar Clemens is a Liberian-American fashion designer and DJ. He is famous for his involvement in Unisex fashion.
