 He claimed that the disease actually started with a “gnarly” case of coronavirus.

Bam disclosed that he had fallen into alcoholism during an episode of H1’s Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn in 2016 after becoming famous in the early 2000s.

Then, in 2019, he made an appearance on a Dr. Phil program and discussed how his problems with substance usage started after the passing of his friend Ryan Dunn.

He then went on Instagram Live in February 2021 and disclosed that he had consumed a glass of wine and seven beers before recording, alarming supporters that he had relapsed into drinking.

Margera, the son of April and Phil Margera, was born on September 28, 1979. He is Vincent “Don Vito” Margera’s nephew and Jess Margera’s younger brother.

At age three, his grandfather gave him the moniker “Bam Bam” after observing his propensity for running into walls on purpose; over time, his schoolmates abbreviated it to “Bam.”
