John married Dawn Rees in 1940, but they divorced in 1958. After that, he married Valerie France in 1959, but his wife Valerie died in 1976.
Later, Arlott married Patricia Hoare in 1977. Altogether, he had three children from all of his spouses.
John had a first child named James Andrew Arlott in 1944 with ex-spouse Dawn Rees. In 1950, he had another son named Timothy Mark Arlott. But, he has not revealed his third child’s name.
