Bock held her stomach while wearing a stylish black maxi dress with long sleeves and green cuffs.
The Canadian model worked with Ralph Lauren to create a custom beaded lace gown that complemented her contemporary style after being inspired by Grace Kelly’s wedding dress.
At the time, Kate revealed to PEOPLE that she enjoys wearing vintage clothing. “Grace Kelly’s wedding dress inspired my dress,” she added.
“Grace was a true icon whom I’ve always been inspired by, and I think it is timeless.”
The entrepreneur and Love Kate creator were proposed to by Love in January 2021, six years after they first met.
The engagement doubled the celebration since Kate had just celebrated her birthday the day before.
