She said that having loose skin as a result of the rapid weight loss made her feel like a “saggy mess”.
Riley said she did not expect to look like that and was even more upset than she was when she was obese.
Lisa said that there was a pain as well. “The skin was flapping about and dragging,” she says in the documentary.
The Emmerdale star felt like her only choice was getting the loose skin surgically removed.
She said that the surgery allowed her to keep working out and keep the weight off.
