Jadon’s mother, Courtney Haselwood’s other name is Courtney Cousar. The young footballer holds his mother very dear and has said that one of the major factors that have kept him glued to Georgia is his mother, another reason being his coach Kirby Smart.

Courtney underwent surgery to correct a torn anterior cruciate ligament in 2019, causing her to miss some of her son’s games during his time at the Sooners.

He played as the number 11 wide receiver for the team for three seasons.

After that, he entered the transfer portal in November 2020 and soon moved to Arkansas Razorbacks on December 5, 2021, in what was deemed one of the big-time transfers and received some backlash from the Sooners fans.

He is the number 9 wide receiver for his team. His stats so far in the 2022/23 Regular Season include 3 receptions, 14 average yards per reception, 19 longest receptions, and 1 receiving touchdown, as reported by CBS Sports.

The wide receiver has been rated a 5-star recruit by ESPN. He has also received a composite score of 0.9967 as assigned by 247 Sports.

Jadon bagged multiple accolades, like All-USA Second Team by USA TODAY in December 2018 and First Team All-American by MaxPreps in January 2019.

Besides, he ranked as the No. 1 receiver in the 2019 class and the No. 19 player in the 2019 class.

Barton Simmons has described him as “someone with a big, physical frame that could project seamlessly to safety” in his H.S. Scouting Report. The same report mentions Jadon’s strong hands, quick-jumping ability, and route-running competence.

The ESPN College Combine Workout Stats report that Jadon Haselwood has a vertical jump of 34 feet 10 inches, a shuttle of 4.25 seconds, and a power throw of 39 inches.

However, he scored relatively less in the SPARQ score, which measures a player’s athleticism. He scored 104.4, less than the 130 required to be considered an ‘elite’ athlete.
