The House Oversight and Accountability Committee chair, James Comer, heatedly argued with Rep. Jared Moskowitz on 14 November.
The argument erupted between two members of Congress during a hearing on the oversight of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on Tuesday.
The dispute was over a loan that President Biden gave to his brother, James Biden, which the House Oversight and Accountability Committee has investigated as part of the impeachment probe into the president’s family finances.
Rep. James Comer has accused Biden of using the loan to evade taxes while he was out of office.
He has also issued subpoenas for Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and their business partner, Rob Walker, to testify before the committee. Comer has appeared on Fox News to discuss the allegations and the subpoenas.
