Jaren Hall is married to Breanna McCarter Hall. The duo wed on December 9, 2019, in Mount Timpanogos, Utah Temple.

The two have a baby daughter Jayda, who was born in 2021.

Breanna is a former Utah Valley soccer player. The senior class member played as the #10 forward. From 2015 to 2018, she played 84 professional games, registering 161 shots, 14 goals, and 17 assists.

Breanne’s hometown is Gilbert, Arizona. She attended Highland HS. 

Her parents are Bev Parker McCarter and Doug McCarter. Bev works as a hairstylist at T. Salon. Meanwhile, Doug is the director of customer care at 2Wire, a telecommunications equipment company in Mesa, Arizona. 

Breanne has three siblings: Craig, Mike, and Ashlynn. 

Craig served in Iraq with the United States Marine Corps. Mike lives with his wife and kid in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Ashlynn is a senior manager for customer support at BlueVine in Utah and is married to Zach Smith.

Jaren has four siblings. His two older brothers, KJ and Kyson, also play running back and wide receiver at BYU, respectively.

The Halls are American nationals and are devout Christians. They are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Hall parents always advise their kids to have faith.

They are Black by ethnicity. Jaren was the first person of color to start at QB for BYU in the nearly 100-year history of the football program.

The Class of 2016 member committed to playing college football at BYU Cougars on October 16, 2014, and subsequently enrolled there two years later on June 30, 2016. It is a private research university located in Provo, Utah.

The 6-feet-1-inch-tall footballer weighing 205 lbs. is currently in his fourth season for the Cougars.
