Four men, including Broadus Jamal Daniels, also known as “JG Wardy,” were sued this morning on federal charges related to drug trafficking and firearms offenses.
Besides Broadus Jamal Daniels (JG Wardy), the other three convicted criminals were Eugene Tracy Hill, Diante Arik Wiley, and Andre Alonte Willis.
U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves announced the charges where the special agent was Wayne A. Jacobs of the FBI Washington Field Office Criminal and Cyber Division.
According to the indictment, these four people were allegedly involved in a long-running conspiracy to distribute marijuana and oxycodone.
Hill and Willis were specifically accused of distributing, possessing with intent to distribute, or conspiring to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana.
In addition to the drug trafficking charges, the indictment revealed that Wiley played a significant role in protecting the co-conspirators and their drug operations.
Wiley assembled AR-Pistol machineguns using parts he obtained from online retailers to safeguard the drugs, money, and territory associated with the conspiracy.
These machine guns were then sold to Hill, Daniels (JG Wardy), Willis, and others involved in the criminal enterprise.
Since the firearms were assembled from parts and lacked serial numbers, they were difficult for law enforcement to track.
These firearms are commonly referred to as “ghost guns” on the street and are classified as “Privately Made Firearms” by the ATF.
