Karla Grant is the former Stan Grant wife. Like her former husband, Karla is also a presenter, producer, and journalist.

Stan Grant wife served for the SBS, concentrating on topics affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Australia, for the national Indigenous current affairs show Living Black.

Karla was born in Adelaide to an Aboriginal mother and a Dutch father. She comes from the Western Arrernte tribe.

Grant and the television host had a long relationship and were married for 16 years, ending in 2000. The couple were the parents of their three kids.

Moreover, Karla started hosting Living Black in 2002. The journalist also received the position of executive producer for the SBS broadcast of the Deadly Awards in 2009.

Grant received a First Nations Media Award for Best Interview in 2018 for the episode of Living Black in which she spoke with former prime minister Kevin Rudd.

The concept for Living Black, which the producer began presenting in 2003, originated when she was named Executive Producer of the network’s Indigenous Media Unit.

Stan Grant Wife Tracey Holmes Is AABC NewsRadio Presenter

In 2000, Tracey Holmes and Stan Grant began dating, which led to their departure from Channel 7.

Following Stan Grant relationship with Tracey, the couple gave birth to a son, Jesse, the following year. Shortly after that, Grant received an opportunity to work as a broadcaster for CNN in Hong Kong.

Holmes pursued his studies of Buddhism, and when Grant received an offer to work as a CNN journalist in Beijing two years later, they went to China.

The children were teased because of their Chinese family name, so it was changed to Holmes, the name of Elizabeth’s first husband, who had passed away.

According to Holmes and Grant, when people in China looked at their son Jesse, they saw Chinese facial characteristics.

Since January 2014, Australian journalist Tracey Holmes, who has a long history in radio and television, has been a presenter on ABC NewsRadio.

Stan Grant’s wife presently hosts The Ticket on ABC News radio every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Holmes began her career in journalism in 1989 at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Holmes later became Australia’s first female host of the national sports show Grandstand. She served as a spokeswoman for the Sydney Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG) from 1996 to 1998.

In 2014, Tracey made a comeback to ABC as an ABC NewsRadio news anchor. Likewise, Holmes covered the 2020 Summer Olympics for ABC News Online and conducted interviews for ABC Radio in Australia in 2021.
