Charles Manson’s infamous “Manson Family” criminal group member Linda Kasabian passed away at 73.
On January 21, Kasabian died in a Tacoma, Washington, hospital. Although it has been stated that her body was later cremated, Linda Kasabian ***** cause has not been made public.
According to a ***** document that TMZ acquired, Kasabian changed her last name to “Chiochios” in later life to protect her identity after she severed her ties to the cult.
Kasabian consented to testify as a key prosecution witness at Manson’s trial in 1970–1971 in return for immunity after participating in the “two nights of mayhem” in which the gang murdered seven people in Los Angeles, California, in August 1969.
During her 18 days of testimony, Kasabian detailed how gang members Charles “Tex” Watson, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Susan Atkins broke into the couple’s Benedict Canyon House on Cielo Drive and killed Sharon Tate, an Actress who was eight months pregnant.
She claimed that while Mr. Polanski was away in Europe filming a movie, Watson, Krenwinkel, and Atkins fatally shot and stabbed five victims at the scene: Tate and her unborn child Paul, hairdresser Jay Sebring, coffee heiress Abigail Folger, her boyfriend Wojciech Frykowski, and Steven Parent, a friend of Tate’s groundskeeper.
While Kasabian acknowledged being the driver on the second night of the assaults, when Leno and Rosemary LaBianca were also murdered inside their House, he categorically denied participating in that atrocity.
As a result of Kasabian’s testimony, Manson and the other “Family” members who followed his commands were found guilty of ****** and given life sentences. Their boss passed away in 2017 behind bars after having a cardiac arrest arising from colon Cancer.

Kasabian soon moved back to New Hampshire with her spouse and kids to shield her kids from the spotlight and raise them privately. She once resided in a hippie commune and subsequently became a cook.
After the initial trial, Kasabian was summoned back to Los Angeles County numerous times. She testified against Leslie Van Houten in her two retrials in 1977 and against Tex Watson in his separate prosecution in 1971.
Kasabian was arrested for several moving violations before being involved in an auto accident that left her partially disabled. The few surviving members of the Manson “family” mocked Kasabian.
The Secret Service kept her under surveillance after former Manson associate Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme tried to assassinate President Gerald Ford, even though she had severed all ties with the Manson “family.”
