The news came, and it was reported when they registered to vote at a mobile home in North Carolina where they did not live. The duo voted by absentee ballot from that address.

Two years later, North Carolina removed him from the voter rolls while investigating. Reportedly, he does not own the North Carolina property at which he was registered.

Reports suggest that he apparently never lived there. By law, voters are supposed to be registered at an address where they physically live. Mark used the address to vote by absentee ballot in 2020.

Is Mark Meadows Arrested?

Currently, news of Mark Meadows’ arrest is going viral. He was also indicted in Georgia with Donald Trump.

Reportedly, he filed an urgent request Tuesday for a federal court to block his arrest while fixing whether to move his case from state to federal court.

The move came after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis declined to grant Mark’s scheduled surrender extension by noon Friday.

Likewise, he had argued in his lawsuit that he should resist Fulton County charges because the allegations covered allegations that were parts of his duties as a federal official. 

Mark argued that the charges should be dismissed if the case is moved to federal court. Attorney Fani threatened to issue an arrest warrant at 12:30 pm Friday if Meadows didn’t surrender.
