According to court records, a public lawyer was appointed to her case, and a bail review hearing was scheduled for January 3.

Jackson, of Columbus, was identified as the person who stole a Honda Accord at 9:45 pm last Thursday. 

Wilhemina Barnett walked into a Donatos Pizza to pick up a DoorDash order on December 19, leaving her twin boys, Kason and Kyair Thomas, in the running car. This resulted in a statewide AMBER Alert.

Around 4:15 am on December 20, a passerby at Dayton International Airport discovered Kyair inside a car seat in the economy parking lot, more than six hours after the alarm was issued.

“The 5-month-old kid is in excellent health and is being brought to a hospital for further examination,” Police stated in a tweet.

According to WBNS-TV, Columbus Police discovered the youngster at a Papa John’s pizza location in Indianapolis.

On Monday, he was discovered inside the 2010 Honda Accord that Nalah Jackson reportedly stole in front of a Columbus pizza store. 

According to the news station, the youngster was discovered wearing the same clothing he was wearing on Monday.

Kyair Thomas, his brother, was discovered at Dayton International Airport late Monday. Following the twins’ disappearance, an Amber Alert was issued.

Kyair Thomas was discovered several hours later at Dayton International Airport. Kason Thomas remains missing.

Jackson was apprehended on December 22 in Indianapolis.

Still, Kason and the stolen car remained undiscovered until later that day, when Police officers halted for lunch and spotted the Honda near a Papa John’s. 

According to authorities, Kason was still inside, wearing the same clothing he wore when he was hauled in.

Police in Columbus charged Jackson with two felony charges of abduction; however, according to records, extradition paperwork has yet to be filed in Indiana.

Jackson has links to the Dayton region, where she made multiple trips to see her two girls, who reside with their Father in Riverside, according to Police files.

The initial report was Authorities had been looking for Jackson since Monday, when she reportedly took a 2010 Honda Accord with 5-month-old twin twins Kyair Thomas and Kason Thomas inside, according to WCMH-TV. 

According to WBNS-TV, the twins’ mother went inside a Donatos Pizza business in Columbus at 9:45 pm EST to pick up a DoorDash order and left the children in the vehicle.

According to WRTV, Indianapolis Police got many reports Thursday morning from people who thought they spotted Jackson in the city.

According to the news station, she was found, and her fingerprint confirmed her identity.

According to Columbus Deputy Chief Smith Weir, three detectives from Columbus were on their way to Indianapolis to return Jackson to Ohio, according to WHIO.

Jackson was uncooperative and spat on officers during her arrest.
