Dragun caught the Police attention after multiple complaints from other customers in Dragun’s hotel room.
They registered the Police complaint of Nikita walking naked in the pool area, causing disturbances to other people, mainly children.
After Police’s arrival, Dragun’s disrespectful behavior toward the officer and splashing the water caused her arrest.
She was taken under control for misdemeanor disorderly conduct, felony battery on a Police officer, and misdemeanor battery. Likewise, the TikTok star was kept in Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Trans. Dragun appeared in bond court virtually on 8 November, revealing that she was confined in the men’s unit of the correctional center.
In a leaked courtroom proceeding footage, Dragun is seen asking judge Mindy Glazer if she still had to stay in the men’s unit, to which the judge replied:
I am not the one who make rules up there. I am not a law maker but protect rules from breaking.
Furthermore, YouTube personality Dragun was fined a $5 Thousand bond and later released from jail.
