Records of transactions involving the Company in question, Bithumb, were reportedly discovered under Park Min Young’s name. The Company’s de facto owner is thought to be Park Min Young’s ex-boyfriend Kang Jong Hyun.

“Park Min Young diligently responded to the summons for an investigation from the prosecution as a simple witness. We confirm that she is not restricted from leaving the country,” Hook Entertainment added.
They concluded the note by apologizing for bringing bad news during difficult times and delaying their response.
