Phil Carter and Jane Carter, a British couple, filmed a two-legged fox in their garden, taking the internet by storm.
The Derbyshire couple shared a rare clip of a fox that has adjusted to life on two legs as it lingered around their garden for some time.
While foxes are usually timid and prefer staying away from humans, the brazen intruder remained in the garden for around 45 minutes.
Phil Carter and Jane Carter often get visits from foxes, but this was the first time they had seen one like this.

Phil Carter And Jane Carter Captured Two Legged Fox Roaming Around Their Garden
Phil Carter, 71, and Jane Carter, 72, an Ilkeston, Derbyshire couple, were left stunned after watching a two-legged fox roam around their garden.
The couple also amazed other people by sharing the video, which became an online sensation.
The fox, which appeared to be looking for food, came to Philip and Jane Carter’s Ilkeston home. They were both present when they noticed the bushy-tailed creature roaming around their garden.
The animal, which only had two front legs, went around the lawn smelling and picking up some meat and then took off like a rocket.
In the footage, the fox can be seen balancing its two legs with its tail up in the air as it explores the outdoors. Phil said the animal appeared to use its tail to balance its body.
The Derbyshire Wildlife Trust stated that the fox might have adapted to life on two legs.

Business owner Philip Carter spoke to Derbyshire Live and said, “My wife shouted to me to come to the window quick because I would not believe what I am about to see.”
Jane asked him to quickly grab his phone to get the footage of the unusual animal.
“It [the fox] was here for around 45 minutes. It ran away when we went to feed it, but it came back to get the food,” Phil shared.
“At one point, the fox ran over to the gate, vertically, straight up. You would not believe it unless you saw it. It is phenomenal.”
Mr. Carter said the unique creature appeared in their garden around 3 pm on December 17 when they finished putting their Christmas tree up.
He added that although they see foxes always come into the area, they had never seen one like that.
The Carters have grown so fond of having foxes in their garden that Mrs. Carter has played with cubs when they visit in the spring.
“It blew my mind. It was so strange to see him [the fox] go vertical with his tail, put his head forward, and walk off like that. And when he ran off. I have never seen anything move so fast,” Phil said.
He also shared that he might know where it is living but does not want to disturb it.
Further, Phil said he had not seen the fox since its appearance in mid-December but remarked that the couple had been away recently.
Phil and Jane weren’t the only ones left shocked. Derbyshire Wildlife Trust stated it had never seen anything like this in the wild before.
Fortunately, the fox appears relatively healthy and well-adapted to life on two legs.
