Rocker Steiner NFR Controversy: What Did He Say?

All eyes were on teenage rodeo star Rocker Steiner as some NFR 2022 viewers claimed he could be seen cursing while on air.

During the weekend, on December 5, Steiner specifically attracted attention online after viewers said he cursed with the f-word after his round four scores were revealed.

Contesting in the Bareback Riding field, the star boy fielded an impressive display in the fourth round, which the commentator described excitedly as a “young man with a silver past and a golden future.”

Steiner’s efforts helped him earn a score of 84, which placed him 10th out of a field of 15 bareback riders.

Several Twitter users speculated that upon receiving his score, Steiner reacted angrily and swore in the direction of the judges.

He did not look satisfied in the aftermath of his ride as he asked the judges what was wrong with his ride.

We can find official footage of the teenager’s round four rides. However, the clip ends before the alleged reaction to the score and swearing.

The incident came during the annual season-ending cowboy and rodeo event.

Rocker Steiner Alleged Swearing Is Debated Among Fans

While many people have come out to support Rocker Steiner, some were unhappy with the rodeo rider for his alleged swearing incident.

“Rocker Steiner has always been salty. Argue with your mama”, wrote one unhappy viewer on Twitter in response to the allegations.

“Rocker Steiner…. The most unprofessional and immature person at the 2022 NFR”, wrote another disgruntled rodeo fan.

However, many users were quick to defend the boy. One fan commented that he found nothing wrong with what Steiner did and that he was just an athlete being competitive.

“I feel like the people who are mad about Rocker Steiner have never seen a kid lose a wrestling match,” another supportive user wrote.

While the debate continues to make its rounds on Twitter and elsewhere on the internet, Steiner has yet to address the alleged incident directly.

Where Is Rocker Steiner Now? Did He Go To Jail?

No, Steiner is not in jail. The incident is not significant enough to land him in prison.

On December 6, the rodeo boy took to his Instagram to share a picture. It was his first post in the wake of his NFR 2022 appearance.

Posing in a blonde wig, sunglasses, and open chest, he wrote to his over 64k Instagram followers, “I’m not going to try and be something that I’m not. I’m not perfect, but I’m me.”

It needs to be clarified if he was referring to the alleged cursing incident or if he only wrote the quote in a general sense.

Steiner comes from a highly supportive family. His grandfather was a bull rider, and his grandmother was a barrel racer.
