Patrick Woodruff, a native of Rogers, Arkansas, died suddenly and tragically on September 10th at the age of 42. He had a prestigious position as Senior Vice President at Little Rock-based Encore Bank.

Woodruff was reportedly discovered in a pond at Pinnacle Country Club, according to local authorities. He was spotted by witnesses, who immediately informed the Rogers Police Department. 

The Rogers Fire Department arrived on the scene quickly and attempted CPR to save the victim’s life.

He was then swiftly transported to Mercy Hospital, where he regrettably was announced as having passed away.

The Criminal Investigation Division’s investigation was followed by a confirmation from the Rogers Police Department that there was no proof of wrongdoing. 

According to an RPD statement to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, preliminary findings indicate that Woodruff may have experienced a medical emergency while retrieving his golf balls, which ultimately resulted in his sad drowning.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the prestigious Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2004. 

Woodruff’s achievements, however, go far beyond the world of commerce. 

He co-founded and served as president of The Miller McNeil Woodruff Foundation, often known as “I’m With Miller,” which embodied his dedication to improving the world.

On September 10, Woodruff tragically drowned unexpectedly and was found in a pond at the Pinnacle Country Club. 

Authorities ruled out foul play and suggested that the unfortunate incident was probably caused by a medical emergency.
