Sara Platt, 32, paid a staggering £14,000 through a cosmetic surgery service in Antalya earlier this year for a tummy tuck, breast implant, and three additional treatments.
The mother of four claims that the 13-hour procedure left her maimed and caused her right breast to “die,” leaving her with a gaping, infected wound in her stomach.
She claims that the infected tissue was burned away while she was conscious and that she was hurried into surgery after the wound started seeping brown liquid.

Sara Platt, 32, shelled out $14,000 earlier this year through a cosmetic surgery business in Antalya for a breast implant, tummy tuck, and three other treatments.
The mother of four claims that the 13-hour procedure left her maimed, causing her right breast to necrose and ‘die’ and leaving a gaping, infected wound in her stomach.
According to her, after the operation, she was taken into surgery after brown liquid began to leak from the site. Surgeons allegedly burned away the infected flesh while she was awake.
She acknowledged deceiving the doctor about her review of him because she worried she wouldn’t be permitted to travel home if she didn’t.
She was hospitalized after arriving in the UK after her wound grew septic and has undergone eight operations to preserve her life.

She is currently soliciting money for surgery to repair the harm done to her body and for legal action against the Turkish surgeon she accuses of causing it.
South Wales native Sara claims she now suffers nightmares and cannot look at her body.
Sara claims that the beginning of her misery came when she had a gastric sleeve placed after reaching 24 stone in September 2021 from steroid treatment for her endometriosis.
But after shedding 12 stone, she had ‘intolerable’ extra skin that caused boils and blisters from friction.
After spending 17 months studying several surgeons, she scheduled a stomach tuck procedure in Turkey to get it removed.
But even though the surgery she scheduled through the agency in February was supposed to provide her a fresh start, she claims it has left her with a mangled physique.
Sara claims that due to surgical errors, she had to have 30% of her left breast removed and lost her right breast, which went black and died.
She also has a “hunch” due to the extra fat left on her back.
Sara reports that the surgeon took too much skin off her stomach, causing a gaping wound requiring skin transplants from her legs. The hole is still wide open and gaping two months later.
She claims that out of concern that the doctor could refuse to sign a “fit to fly” certificate, she felt compelled to lie to him about providing him a positive internet rating.
Sara was close to death when she returned to the UK a month after leaving on vacation scheduled for two weeks because she had developed an infection that was frequently resistant to treatment and probably originated from the Turkish hospital.
