Sarah Henshaw Missing Case: When Did She Go Missing?
Sarah Henshaw was last seen on 20 June at around 9 pm at her home located on Norman Street.
As her family and relatives lost contact with the 31-year-old, they reported her missing. On 23 June, authorities released an appeal describing her appearance and asked for assistance from the public.
On 24 June, the Derbyshire Constabulary published another appeal as worry about missing Sarah Henshaw grew.
According to the police, the missing lady had a tattoo on her right good and was last seen wearing a lightweight black coat, a khaki green shirt, skinny blue pants, and black flat pumps. Her other jewelry included pair of enormous gold hoops.
Ms. Henshaw was caught in the attire mentioned above on CCTV. The police department did not specify from where they obtained the security footage and what time it was.
On 25 June, investigators revealed that they launched a murder investigation and arrested a man. The following day, authorities published a statement revealing that the officers looking for Sarah Henshaw found a body around Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Officers responded to a layby off the westbound A617 near junction 29 of the M1 just after midnight on the same day, where a body thought to be of Sarah was found.
Police stated that Ms. Henshaw’s family had been informed and received support from specialized authorities.

Darren Hall was arrested and charged with the murder of Sarah Henshaw.
Derbyshire police department disclosed that Darren Hall, 37-year-old, is originally from Rodney Way, Ilkeston. Darren Hall is still in police custody.
As reported by BBC, Hall is set to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court today (28 June 2023). in addition, a warrant of further detention has reportedly been issued, allowing the investigators more time to question the suspect.

Sarah Henshaw’s family is devastated and left unfathomable after her tragic death. They are yet to come to terms with the loss.
Ms. Henshaw is reportedly a mother of two baby girls. She also leaves behind her mother, sister, and many other loved ones.
Sarah Henshaw’s mother, Lorraine, paid tribute to her and described her as a “wonderful daughter and sister” earlier on Tuesday.
Lorraine shared that Sarah was her firstborn child and was a beautiful daughter and sister. The devastated mom added her late daughter was an excellent mother to her two daughters, whom she adored a lot.
“Sarah was wonderfully sweet and always put people first,” continued her mother. Lorraine said her daughter’s tragic death has left their family inconsolable. Ms. Henshaw is sorely missed by her family and loved ones, who will continue to love and remember her forever.
