According to Greek media citing local police, a 30-year-old Israeli soccer player now playing in Greece was detained early Tuesday morning in an Athens nightclub for allegedly performing indecent acts on a kid.
According to local sources, the suspect was apprehended in the Greek capital’s Kolonaki neighborhood after a Belgian woman was in a local nightclub with a soccer player filed a complaint.
According to authorities, the suspect was also nabbed for carrying prohibited narcotics.
The Israeli athlete was one of six people detained, four Belgians and a Greek suspect.

What Happens To Boris Klaiman Career Now?
Boris Klaiman, a Ukrainian-born Israeli international goalkeeper, had his contract with Volos Football Club, which plays in the Greek Super League, canceled earlier on Tuesday.
The decision was made by the club’s president, Achillea Beu, according to a statement. Klaiman’s contract was terminated without explanation.
Although it hasn’t given specifics regarding the Portuguese defender Joo Rodrigo Pereira Escoval’s contract violation, Volos claimed it had begun the dismissal process for Klaiman.
It’s an apparent reason behind the termination; after being accused of allegedly raping a juvenile in an Athens nightclub yesterday morning, Israeli goalkeeper Boris Klaiman’s Greek club, Volos, declared that the goalkeeper’s contract would be suspended.
According to Greek public television ERT, the prosecutor’s office has also charged 33-year-old Klaiman with having 1.5 grams of heroin on him when he was apprehended.
According to that source, the victim is a Belgian national senior in high school who visited Athens on a school vacation.
Boris Klaiman Early Life
Klaiman was born in Vinnytsia, Soviet Ukraine, and moved to Israel with his family when he was 10 months old.
Before the 2009–10 season, he joined the Hapoel Tel Aviv senior team after beginning his career with the Hapoel Tel Aviv and Hapoel Kfar Saba development teams.
Before going back to play for Hapoel Kfar Saba, he played on loan at Maccabi Herzliya.
Football was first played as a child in the Hapoel Tel Aviv youth system and afterward in the Hapoel Kfar Saba youth system.
He made his first appearance with the first squad on August 15, 2008, in a scoreless draw with Hapoel Ra’anana in the 2008–09 season. Klaiman participated in 13 games for the first team during this season.
