As mentioned above, Sohan Jhaveri is a chef, entrepreneur, and founder of SoJo Kitchen & Co.
The eighth grader is also the youngest member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, with his mother’s full support.
Sohan studied and produced pastry favorites, including macarons, eclairs, other baked goods, and chocolates, inspired by his passion for learning classical baking skills and chocolatier, as per his business website.
The teen chef combines his love of baking with his South Asian and Indian roots by using unusual flavors and mixes in his masterpieces.

Sohan does everything in small batches as an artisan baker. His pastries, bakery goods, chocolates, macarons, and other desserts are all expertly crafted and selected for the best possible taste, quality, and sweetness.

Sohan Jhaveri was born in 2009 and is 13 years old as of 2022. The Colorado native was welcomed by his mother, Neelima, and his father whose name had not been disclosed.
Sohan’s business and endeavors have the full support of his mom. In an interview, the teen baker’s mother disclosed that it was all Sohan; he began watching YouTuindtebe videos and reading books. Neelima got him the Julia Child book, and he read through it.
Moreover, Sohan has reportedly been raised according to his parents’ business-driven mindsets. In the same interview, the young chef shared that he has been baking and admiring his business-savvy parents at their networking dinners.
Although Jhaveri’s mother has been the biggest supporter of his emerging business, she prefers to live away from the public eye. She is active on Instagram, but her photos are private.
Sohan Jhaveri Journey: He Turned His Passion Into A Real Business
Sohan Jhaveri spent much of his childhood with his grandma in the kitchen.
As a passionate baker, he began experimenting in the kitchen after watching YouTube and reading Julia Child’s book. Finally, after many days in the kitchen, Sohan mastered the macaron.
He sold the first batches to his friends and family. Afterward, he started selling his products on Etsy; the business kept expanding.
Sohan now has a website where he sells macarons and other desserts such as eclairs, cakes, cupcakes, chocolate, and more.
Sohan also shared that he wanted to be a member to put his name out there to boost his brand and business.
