In an interview with MSNBC, Susan Rice expressed her concern about Mike Pompeo’s open evangelical Christian Beliefs.

The former Obama administration official said, “Pompeo has been an overtly religious secretary of state.” She said it is problematic as he has supposed to represent all of America, religions, and their threads.

In a talk with the Washington Free Beacon, Ashley McGuire of The Catholic Association expressed her opinion that Rice’s remark “perpetuates the Democratic Party’s pattern of anti-religious bigotry.”

Rice’s remarks were also condemned by Terry Schilling, executive director of the American Principles Project, who asserted that the 2020 presidential election would be affected by them.

Rice’s remarks should serve as yet another stark message to religious voters, stated Schilling in a talk with Beacon.

Democrats like Susan Rice feel compelled to express their hatred whenever conservative Christians even use the name of their religion, added Schilling.

Lois Rice and Emmett J. Rice are Susan Rice’s mother and father, respectively. The U.S. Domestic Policy Council director’s mother helped her design the federal Pell Grant subsidy system.
