Taj Bradley was born on 20 March 2001 in Los Angeles, California. He grew up with his family in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
The skilled baseball player was welcomed by his mother, Ana Mosley, and father, whose identity remains confidential. It is unknown if the Tampa Bay Rays official has any siblings.
Moreover, Taj has been playing baseball since he was young. He went to Redan High School. Bradley was not serious about baseball until his senior year at the high school.
He moved out of his family house in the Atlanta area in 2018. He was only a 17-year-old high school student at that time.
He was drafted by Tampa Bay Rays in 2018 in the fifth round of the MLB draft. He got a massive bonus as a fifth-rounder ($747,500). However, Bradley’s first impression was not much.

Bradley made his professional debut with the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League Rays, where he tossed 23 innings and amassed a 5.09 ERA. The Rays selected Bradley in the fifth round of the 2018 MLB Draft.
He played in 12 games and made 11 starts for the Rookie-level Princeton Rays of the Appalachian League in 2019, going 2-5 with a 3.18 ERA.
Before getting promoted to the High-A East Bowling Green Hot Rods in the 2021 season, the former outfielder spent the first 14 starts of the year with the Low-A East Charleston RiverDogs, where he went 9-3 with a 1.76 ERA.
He had a 3-0 record, a 1.96 ERA, and 42 strikeouts over eight starts for Bowling Green. His innings pitched were 36 + 1 3 innings. When the 2022 season began, Taj was transferred to the Double-A Montgomery Biscuits.
He was chosen to participate in the All-Star Futures Game in 2022. After the MLB All-Star break, Bradley was reassigned to the Triple-A Durham Bulls.
Then, Taj Bradley was subsequently optioned to Triple-A Durham to start the 2023 season. On 11 April, the Rays promoted him to the main leagues, where he made his major league debut the next day.
