The Strange Days actor’s representative, Charles Lago, stated on February 27 announcing that there was no further hope of saving him.

Tom Sizemore Suffered Brain Aneurysm
American actor Tom Sizemore suffered a brain aneurysm from a stroke earlier this month.
On February 18, the 61-year-old collapsed in his Los Angeles home and was rushed to the hospital by paramedics.
Doctors determined that he had suffered a brain aneurysm after a stroke.
The Black Hawk Down actor has remained in a critical condition, and there are no signs of improvement in his health.
Tom Sizemore has a history of drug usage and domestic violence.
He was arrested in 2007 for possession of methamphetamine; in 2019. Further, Sizemore was also detained for possessing several illegal narcotics.
The actor has been open about his substance abuse and struggle, appearing on Dr. Phil and Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.
He was sentenced to some months in prison in 2005 after being caught attempting to fake a urine test.
In 2003, he was also convicted of domestic violence against his girlfriend; in 2017, he was charged with two counts of domestic violence.
