Whoopi Goldberg is under fire for new comments about the Holocaust.

In an interview with The Sunday Times of London, Whoopi Goldberg commented on the Holocaust.

Jews, according to Goldberg, are divided about whether they belong to a race, a religion, or both.

She claimed that the Holocaust was first about killing people who were deemed to have mental defects rather than about ethnic or physical characteristics.

The Journalist disputed this, claiming that the Nazis considered Jews a race.

Goldberg's words have drawn criticism and comparisons to her remarks regarding the Holocaust in January, which led to her being fired from "The View."

According to ABC News president Kim Godwin, Goldberg will be on leave for two weeks because of her "wrong and disrespectful words."

Goldberg apologized for her comments, stating that the Holocaust was about race and man's inhumanity to man.

The next day, she addressed the issue on "The View," admitting that she had "misspoke."
