According to Mirror, Alisson has been nursing an abdominal injury of late and was still not fit enough to feature in last weekend’s Community Shield clash with Man City.
In an interview with Football Insider, Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries website, explained that he doesn’t think the injury is severe and believes the footballer has a good chance of being fit for the Community Shield against Manchester City.
