Ace claimed that in order to remove Teddy from Manic, he pulled a revolver on Teddy. He then dialed 911, and Hart was taken into custody and accused of strangling and causing bodily damage.
Until his court date on April 22, he was detained at Richmond City Jail without posting bail.
